This cost should be paid at the time of application, along with your $50 application fee. Your documents will be sent via FedEx and should arrive in 3-6 business days.

If you choose not to purchase tracking, your documents will be sent at no cost to you via USPS First-Class Mail. Transit time varies based on your home address. CLED Special Programs is not responsible for materials that are delayed or lost in transit without a tracking number.
