To apply, you must:
- Complete the online application form.
- Email a completed Immigration Questionnaire, a scan of your passport photo page, and financial support documentation to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Note: If you are entering a Georgetown graduate program, DO NOT submit the online Immigration Questionnaire requested by your program. Complete the form linked above instead.
- Email a copy of your graduate program acceptance letter to email@example.com.
- Submit your $50 application fee (required) and $30 immigration document shipping fee (recommended; see below for more details). Please mail U.S. checks or money orders to:

If you would prefer to pay by wire transfer, please indicate on your application the country from which your transfer will arrive and the name of the person sending it. Then contact firstname.lastname@example.org for directions.
CLED Special Programs must receive all application materials prior to admittance into the course.
You will be billed for your tuition following admission to the program. Student Accounts currently accepts payments in the form of cash, paper check, money order, cashier's check, electronic check, or international transfer. For details, see the Office of Billing and Payment Services website. Further information will be provided at the time of admission.
AFTER YOU APPLY
You will receive an email confirming receipt of your application within one week of submission. Once CLED Special Programs has received all of your materials, we will send you a form I-20 and admission letter so that you can apply for your visa. The process of creating the I-20 may take 2-3 weeks following your acceptance.
Your form I-20 and admissions letter will be mailed to the address you provide on your application. We strongly recommend that you pay the immigration document shipping fee ($30) in order to enable tracking for these materials. This cost should be paid at the time of application, along with your $50 application fee. Your documents will be sent via FedEx and should arrive in 3-6 business days.
If you choose not to purchase tracking, your documents will be sent at no cost to you via USPS First-Class Mail. Transit time varies based on your home address. CLED Special Programs is not responsible for materials that are delayed or lost in transit without a tracking number.
