Request Course Transfer

  1. Login HERE
  2. Select "My Enrollment History"
  3. Select "Request Transfer"
  4. Complete form and select desired course

Request Course Drop

(via the My Continuing Studies English Student Portal)

Students may voluntarily withdraw from a course at any time by email request to CSEnglish@georgetown.edu or by following the directions below: 

  1. Login HERE
  2. Select "My Enrollment History"
  3. Select "Request Drop"
  4. Select "Reason for drop"
  5. You will receive a confirmation email after your request has been processed by SCS Student Accounts

Print Confirmation of Enrollment

(via the My Continuing Studies English Student Portal)
  1. Login HERE
  2. Select “My Enrollment History”
  3. Select course (from either "My Current Courses" if the course is ongoing OR "My Completed Courses" if your course has ended)
  4. Choose report type from dropdown
  5. Click "Print" button
Available at no cost any time during or after participation in a Continuing Studies English course.

Print Student Grade Report

(via the My Continuing Studies English Student Portal)
  1. Login HERE
  2. Select “My Enrollment History”
  3. Select course after it becomes available in "My Completed Courses"
  4. Choose report type from dropdown
  5. Click "Print" button

Not available until two weeks after the last day of your Continuing Studies English course. No charge for accessing and printing this document.


Request Official Transcript
  1. Click HERE to download the Continuing Studies English transcript form
  2. Submit signed and completed form via mail, fax or email to univregistrar@georgetown.edu.
    Note: each request must include the student's nine-digit GUID number.

Official Transcripts contain the Georgetown University seal, the signature of the University Registrar, and reflect each student's complete academic record. No charge for requesting this document.

Conditions for Issuance of Transcripts:

  • Not available until two weeks after the last day of your Continuing Studies English course. Currently, there is no charge for requesting this document.

  • All financial obligations to the University must be settled.

  • Transcripts will only be made available for delivery via US mail or by pick-up (with picture ID) at the Registrar's office in basement room G-01 of the White Gravenor Building on Georgetown's main campus.

  • Transcripts will not be faxed or emailed.
