This intensive 8-month program focuses on tasks that are part of professional interactions in a government workplace, such as conducting research for federal agencies, writing analytical reports, and making formal presentations. Applications are open to native speakers of selected critical languages.
- Communication Tools for Success
This summer course focuses on practical strategies for reading, researching and communicating effectively in the Georgetown MBA and Public Policy programs.
- Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL) Certificate Program
This course is conducted online for 19 weeks, followed by a five-day on-campus practicum. Students work remotely on the challenging coursework through a web-based system, then come together for intensive teaching practice with real classes.
Continuing Studies English: Part-time Intermediate Conversational English, Advanced Business English, and Advanced TOEFL Prep courses offered on weeknights and Saturdays.
